Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

 

  • Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.
  • Most orders ship out within 1 to 10 business days and are delivered within 2-15 business days of the order being placed.
  • We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
  • Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

 

Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

 

Free Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

 

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

 

 

 

 Free Freight Delivery Services on orders over $49.99

 

Freight delivery is required when the size and/or weight of the product exceeds the limits set by FedEx. Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and are available on the product page and at checkout.

 

You must schedule your freight delivery and be present to sign when it arrives.

Freight deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your delivery online. If you don't make the appointment online, the carrier will call at a later time to schedule.

Standard shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states only. A physical street address is required to receive small-parcel items. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

 

Free Ground Level Entry

Freight deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your delivery online. If you don't make the appointment online, the carrier will call at a later time to schedule.

Requirements:

  • Street access of at least 10 feet wide
  • Street overhead clearance of at least 14 feet
  • Street with no vehicle weight restrictions

 

Before you sign, inspect your delivery for accuracy and damage. If there's light damage to the packaging, please note on the delivery paperwork. If you suspect there could be damage to the product, ask for a copy of the delivery receipt with the carrier's name and truck number, refuse the item, and contact Customer Care at 407.900.8864

If you discover damages after the delivery is made, contact Customer Care within 24 hours.

  • Enter your zip code and country in the Delivery Options section.
  • Our system will immediately notify you as to whether or not that item is available for international shipping to the selected area.

  • Our products meet all safety, testing, and labeling standards required by the United States, but not necessarily those of the receiving country.
